About Us

This company began because of a void we found while dealing with our own rental properties. We considered hiring a management company in our area and found that we couldn’t find a management company that would operate in expense range we were looking for. We also considered the condition we like to keep our properties in and the hands on work that we like to do. We’ve owned rental properties for a little over eight years now and keep slowly expanding. We understand the process, the repairs and the up keep that needs to be done in order to keep our tenants happy and our properties in good working order.

All of our properties are privately owned. We have established good working relationships with top of the line repairmen for all aspects of the rental business from Plumbers to Heat and Air technicians so that when a problem arises, we can have it repaired quickly and efficiently. We encourage our tenants to let us know when something isn’t working properly so that we can look into the problem and make the appropriate repairs.

We developed this website to offer a more convenient way for our next prospective tenant to find their next “Home”.
