Property Rental Application
All applications should be returned to George “Tripp” Knox, III in-person. You may contact Tripp by e-mail at tripp@knoxmanagement.net or by phone at 423-624-2910 to arrange a meeting time and place that is convenient for you. The application must be complete along with either cash (exact change) or money order (made payable to George Knox) for the application fee* of $30 per unmarried adult.
*Fee covers the cost of a criminal and credit background check. (We will verify job and income with employer.)
